The following are updated terms and conditions for end users of Kanawha Valley Live.  This includes a new privacy policy and revised terms of use for the kvlive.net comment system. 

By viewing this page you acknowledge your awareness of the privacy policy and commenting policy of Kanawha Valley Live and are bound by their terms. 

The following are standards and practices that Kanawha Valley Live staff uses in moderating its comment threads. 

- Impersonating a staff member or moderator will result in an instant, permanent ban. 

- Personal attacks against KV Live staff, other users or any other third party will be removed. 

- The posting of pornographic, excessively violent or otherwise not safe for work images will be removed and the user banned.

- If you are banned, it is site wide and lasts 24 hours on your first offense. The second ban will last 48 hours. A third ban will be permanent and you will lose all access to our servers. Feel free to appeal, but don't get your hopes up. 

- Keep the thread on topic. "Your site is a joke", "Why would you write (X) article", "This article is stupid", "There are spelling and grammatical errors", etc. do not voice a useful point and will be removed. 

- Thread moderation is at the sole discretion of the KV Live staff and is final. 

- Any attempts to circumvent a ban will result in a permanent ban, instantly. Further attempts to circumvent will result in a complaint filed with your ISP and possibly with local law enforcement, depending on the severity of the situation.

- By posting a comment, you agree that you have read and understand these guidelines. You also agree that Kanawha Valley Live and its staff members are not liable for any damages that may occur from the use of our site, mentally, physically or otherwise.

Information that is gathered from visitors:
